At talkshit.in, every tee is printed fresh after you order. Here's exactly how shipping works.

## Order Processing Time
Since every product is made-to-order, we need time to print it before shipping.
- **Production time:** 2–5 working days from order confirmation
- **For All-Over-Print (AOP) products:** up to 6 working days
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays begin processing the next working day

## Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, delivery time depends on your location:

## Shipping Partners
We ship via trusted Indian couriers including Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Ekart, DTDC, and India Post (for remote pincodes). The courier is automatically assigned based on your pincode's serviceability.

## Order Tracking
- A tracking link is sent via SMS, WhatsApp, and email once your order is dispatched
- You can also track your order on our **Track Order** page
- Tracking usually goes live 24–48 hours after dispatch

## Address Changes
- Address changes are accepted **only before your order is dispatched**
- To request a change, email **[YOUR EMAIL]** or WhatsApp **[YOUR PHONE]** within 6 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, the address cannot be changed

## Failed Deliveries / Return to Origin (RTO)
If your order is returned to us because of:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
- Delivery refused without valid reason
- Phone number unreachable
…the order will be marked **Return to Origin (RTO)**. In such cases:
- **Prepaid orders:** product value refunded after deducting ₹150 (shipping + RTO charges)
- **COD orders:** no refund. You may reship by paying a ₹99 reshipping fee
- If your pincode becomes unserviceable after order placement, refunds are not guaranteed and depend on courier outcomes

Deliveries may be delayed due to:
- Festive season backlogs (Diwali, Holi, Rakhi)
- Weather disruptions, strikes, or transport issues
- Regional restrictions or government-imposed lockdowns
- Courier-level operational issues
