Refund policy

We want your experience with TalkShit to be easy from checkout to delivery — and sorted quickly if anything goes sideways. Here's how it all works.

Shipping

We currently ship across India.

Once your order is confirmed, we usually process and dispatch it within 1-2 business days. Delivery then typically takes 3-7 business days depending on where you are, though remote areas may need a little longer.

Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders, which means orders paid online.

Cash on Delivery COD Fee: A COD handling fee of ₹50 is applicable for all Cash on Delivery orders.

Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Delays now and then are out of our hands — courier hold-ups, weather, festive rush — but if your order seems stuck, just reach out and we'll chase it for you.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet. Just email us at talkshit323@gmail.com with your order number.

Once an order is shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you may be able to return it as per our return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unused, unworn, and in its original condition

In the original packaging with all tags and labels intact

A few things can't be returned for hygiene or practical reasons — innerwear, personal care items, sale or clearance products, customised items, and any product marked as non-returnable on the product page. We'll always flag these clearly wherever applicable.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just isn't what you ordered, we're sorry — and we'll make it right. Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and check it over, we'll process your refund within 7–10 business days.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take a few extra days to show up in your account.

Please note that shipping charges, COD charges, or any handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.
